Our firm maintains an active membership in CAI in an effort to stay apprised of the changing laws which relate to the representation of HOAs. CAI is an organization consisting of professionals, all of whom in some capacity actively participate and interact with the homeowner and condominium association community.

The Board of Directors, Programs Committee, Publications Committee and Social Committee of the Southern Orange County Chapter of CAI have all been manned by representatives of our firm.

CACM is a professional association focused on elevating the success and professionalism of the California community management industry.

CACM empowers a network of community management professionals working in large scale, portfolio, resort and high rise homeowners associations to share and apply California's most effective community management practices. CACM provides state-specific education and certification, promotes higher standards of practice and ethical behavior, and works diligently in Sacramento to support legislation for the industry.

TINNELLY LAW GROUP is a founding member of CACM and has served as the Southern California legal representative to the Legislative Action Committee.

The BIA of Southern California is a nonprofit trade association representing more than 1,350 member companies involved in planning and building Southern California's communities. BIA develops policy and legislative positions on federal, state and local issues affecting the affordability and availability of housing.
