Jeffrey M. Hylton, Esq. has been a member of the California State Bar since 1979 and is an Associate of TINNELLY LAW GROUP. Mr. Hylton obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State University in 1978 and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1968.
Mr. Hylton has over thirty years practice experience in business, real estate, contract, corporation/partnership, and estate planning law. His focus for the last twenty years has been on the transactional, governing document, and real estate related issues faced by HOAs.
Mr. Hylton works primarily within our transactional department and assists our clients with the diverse contractual issues they encounter in managing their HOAs. His practice experience, initial career in business and corporate banking, and detail-oriented approach to the practice of law continues to be of tremendous value to our clients.
